I use CBT techniques to help clients understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and guide them towards healthier perspectives and coping strategies.

Person-Centred Therapy

Person-Centred Therapy is a humanistic approach that emphasises the importance of a person’s own experience and self-discovery. My role as a person-centred therapist is to provide empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuine understanding, fostering an environment in which clients can freely express themselves and catalyse their personal growth.

Attachment Theory in Therapy

The principles of Attachment Theory guide my understanding of the impact that early relationships have on an individual’s psychological development and their interpersonal relationships later in life.
